| Notice Regarding Issuance and Use of Official Badges by International Students |
NOTICE All international students are hereby informed that they must carry their student identification card and the official badge issued by the Office of the Dean International Students (DIS) at all times while on the university premises or during any university events. It is mandatory for every international student to get the official badge issued from the Office of the Dean International Students (DIS). The badge serves as an official form of identification and must be kept visible at all times during university activities, programmes, or visits to departments and hostels. Please note that the badge is strictly non-transferable and must not be shared, exchanged, or used by any other student under any circumstances. In case of loss or damage, students must report immediately to the DIS Office to request a replacement. This measure is implemented to ensure student safety, facilitate identification, and maintain smooth coordination during university events and activities. Your cooperation in maintaining discipline and proper identification is highly appreciated. Issued by:
